Heavenly Helpers Senior Care, provides non-medical services for your Loved ones. We are a private family-owned agency, Licensed(#231023), Bonded and Insured through the State of Florida. We have been taking care of our Seniors since 2006 (in-home care, Assisted living facilities, Independent Living and Memory care facilities, AND MORE…). Based out of Fort Myers, Florida. We are licensed to service all of Lee County. 

Selecting our in-home senior caregivers is a critical part of our success. Our Caregivers are an extension of the Founder of Heavenly Helpers Senior Care ( Richard Nizza) and the COO ( Annemarie Nizza). It is through our caregivers’ professional approach and compassionate heart that we continue to serve your loved ones.

Heavenly Helpers Senior Care, is non-medical home care, an Elder Care agency, privately owned by Richard Nizza. We have been faithfully serving the Lee County area since 2006. Our office is located in Central Fort Myers. We are licensed through the state of Florida as a Homemaker/Companion Sitter Service (Lic #231023 ) and are Bonded and Insured.

Our Elder Care givers are the strength of our Agency. We have been blessed with extraordinary “Heavenly Helpers” to assist our Clients. All of our Heavenly Helpers have been through a rigorous interview process and have passed a criminal background check. Also, all driver’s licenses and Insurances are verified.

Our Heavenly Helpers are available to take care of our clients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes. We are available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week /365 days a year.

Heavenly Helpers is a non-medical Home Care Agency serving Ft Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita, and Bonita Springs, and all of Lee County. We provide care for our seniors in their own homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes. We do not limit our services to just elder care. If you have recently been discharged from the hospital and need a Homemaker/Companion to aid in your daily living, we are here for you or your loved ones. If you need some relief from taking care of a family member, we can offer you our respite care. Whether you are in need of just a few hours or 24-hour care we can accommodate you.

Heavenly Helper Homemaker & Companion Senior Care will provide the highest quality care and compassion to its clients. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that all of our clients have a sense of peace in their daily lives.

About Us

Richard Nizza

Founder

Richard Nizza is the founder of Heavenly Helpers Senior Care which has been serving Fort Myers and Lee County, Florida.  communities since 2006. Richard has an extensive business background. 1989 was his first opportunity to get his “feet wet” in starting a business and Long Island, NY. was the place. An advertising business named “Your hometown coupons” After learning much in that failed endeavor, he took a job working for an Electronic distributing Company(1991) out of Long Island, NY. In 1993 he threw his hat in the ring again and started his own Electronic distributing company “Vision components supply.” This time he found success and was able to build V.C.S into an international company. However, after 12 years he found that he was being called to go in a different direction. In 2006 he started Heavenly Helpers Senior Care.

Richard is very active in community services, Serving once a month with fellow brothers from his church, they cook and serve for 100+ of our homeless brothers and sisters at St Martin De Porres. He also is a part of his church’s faith formation programs for families. Prior to Covid, he was blessed to be part of a prison ministry team. He was very fortunate to be an assistant baseball coach for 10 years at Bishop Verot High school.

Annemarie Nizza

COO

Annemarie Nizza has resided in Ft. Myers, Florida for over 40 years.  Her family moved to the Lee County area for career opportunities and to raise their family.  Annemarie watched her Mother caring for her patients for over 18 years as a Family Physician which demonstrated the importance of caring for others.

Annemarie graduated from U.S.F. in Tampa, Florida, and then received her M.S.W. from Barry University in N. Miami Florida.  Her background includes an internship with The Children’s Alliance which encompassed working with abused children and their families.  For 10+ years Annemarie worked for Hope Hospice as a Social Service Counselor.  This role provided supportive care to patients and their families as they coped with end-of-life issues.  In 2013 Annemarie transitioned to Heavenly Helpers Senior Care and in 2015 she took on the role of COO.

She also enjoys volunteering at her Church and prior to Covid volunteering at the Community Pregnancy Clinic.
